2021 National Recovery Month & Week of Action

Join APAA and our national network — nonprofits, academia, faith-based groups, local leaders, government agencies and others, for a week of action in support of National Recovery Month. During this inspiring week, participants take social, political, and charitable actions to honor the progress made by individuals living in recovery. This year’s theme is “Building a Culture of Wellness and Recovery.”

National Recovery Month is a national observance held every September to educate Americans that substance use treatment and mental health services can enable those with mental and substance use disorders to live healthy and rewarding lives.
